How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Please allow 72 hours notice of cancellation to avoid a cancellation charge up to the full amount of the service. If you are booking within 24 hours and have confirmed treatment, the cancellation policy will be in effect. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking. We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Are there any age restrictions?

Clients must be 18 and older to receive spa treatments. There are no age limits for nail services.

What products does the spa use?

At Balinese Spa, we use FarmHouse Fresh products for all manicures and pedicures. FHF products are made in the USA using up to 100% natural ingredients. Their products are organic and cruelty free. To find out more click here.

What about Skincare?

We’re glad you asked! In keeping with our natural and organic philosophy, we use only the best, Eminence Organic Skin Care. These products are made free of parabens, propylene glycol, sodium lauryl sulfates, harmful colorants and fragrances, mineral oils, petroleum and other harsh cosmetic chemicals. Can you accommodate groups?

Yes! There is nothing better than a day of pampering with the girls (or guys…)! We would love to host your event; please contact our Spa Manager to coordinate.
